    The room is spacious and comfortable. Free shuttle service to the airport is very convenient, and they also provide luggage storage. A very good option for staying near the airport.

    We had booked this hotel because it stated that it provided transfer to/from the airport (GRU). As we had a limited layover time between connections we needed to maximise our rest. We emailed the hotel (through the Agoda link) prior to arrival in Brasil, advising the flight name and ETA. After clearing Immigration at 6 pm and collecting luggage we went to the Hotel Shuttle Bus area in front of T3. The hotel states in their information that the bus departs the Airport hourly, on each half hour. No bus arrived at 6:30 or 7:30. The hotel stated that the bus departed from in front of T2 however all airport staff stated that hotel shuttle buses ONLY used T3. Naturally we attempted to contact the hotel to get clarification. After ringing the given number it connected to an automated voice system. This stated to "press 2 for English". After pressing 2 the line went silent. I attempted this three times with the same result. By this time we had stood in front of T2 at 8:30 to wait where the hotel stated the bus would be. It wasn't. Because the hotel location is not next to the airport, but approx 11 KMs away we had decided against use of local taxis at night, due to the prevalence of opportunistic crime. This was a key decoder in selecting a hotel with (supposed) bus transfer. So we never got to this hotel, not for lack of trying, or of complying with hotel information. They never replied to our initial email which advised of our arrival; they never answered the phone and their bus never appeared. Us? We rebooked a flight to Chile that departed at 1 am. Horrible, considering we had departed Thailand that morning, but ultimately a better outcome than anything provided by Slaviero Guaruhlos Aeroporto Hotel.
