This hotel was ideally situated for access to the Park. The hotel had a great tour desk which arranged transportation to the park and the airport. Marco was very helpful. We also used the hotel to assist with transfer to see the Argentinian side of the falls. Nice pool area. It was very clean.
Sad to say that many of the staff, especially in the dining room were rude and miserable. This was unfortunate as the hotel is a very long way from the city, so the restaurant has a captive market. If able, take an Uber into town for a greater choice of places to eat. The hotel is dated but the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot and powerful.

Breakfast was delicious
I’m writing to share some feedback from my recent stay. The reception team didn’t mention the Falls Transfer Taxi service (phone: +55 45 99123-2433), which turned out to be a brilliant option — they can pick you up at the airport and take you straight to Iguassu. I only found out about it by chance, and it made things so much easier.
It would be really helpful if reception let future guests know about this service up front — I think lots of travelers would appreciate it.
I do want to say that Luciana was absolutely the most helpful receptionist on the team; her attention made a real difference.

Close to airport and Brazil side of falls.
Old, run down, no ac except once you get your room ac unit running.
