Ratings and reviews
7.2 / 10Good·Sep 2025
Overall the stay was pleasant with polite staff and smooth check-in. Room was comfortable, but there were some mosquitoes and the main door lock needs fixing. A small comb with the toiletries would make the facilities more complete.
8.8 / 10Excellent·May 2025
I really love the facilities they provide along with the food quality at their restaurant. There was noise disturbance late at night which could be avoided. Other than that, it is a good hotel to pick.
6.4 / 10Average·Oct 2026
We booked the room for two people, but the complimentary fruits and washroom amenities were provided for only one person. We were given a room on the 2nd floor, which wasn't as good as the 5th-floor rooms I have stayed in before. Furthermore, there was no comb in the washroom. Despite requesting this during my previous stays, they still don't provide it by default and only brought one after I asked.
There were also a few other issues. The plug points were occupied by the room lights, making it very inconvenient to plug in a charger for mobile phones or use a laptop. Additionally, the room's fridge was not cooling as well compared to the other rooms I have stayed in previously. Overall, the service and facilities were not up to the mark this time.
