Presidente Beach Apartment

Great location in Portimao, host was lovely and very helpful, perfect for what we wanted! Roughly 10/15 minutes to the beach and theres a lidl supermarket 20 min walk away as well as various smaller shops, restaurants and cafes close by

An oven would be a nice addition but we coped fine with only the stove.

Très bien en terme d’équipements présent et de localisation!

Il y avait des odeurs de remontée d’égout, sans que ce soit de la faute du propriétaire

The location was perfect, not too close to the beach but within walking distance and close enough to the shops and areas that you would like to visit to be able to walk also. We barely used the car other than a large shopping trip.

The apartment was very nice or should I say has the potential to be very nice. With a few touches here and there it would make a big difference for example the balcony furniture is poor, the table looks like it was found on a tip and the chairs were rusty and old. Bed linen and pillows, fairly inexpensive if renewed would make a big difference. Then there is the noise from adjoining apartments and above. You can hear everything like the walls and floors are paper.

Location and communication with the host.

I wish there were more toilet rolls and tissues , hand wash etc little basic amenities.
