About this apartment rental
Modern apartment on the cornice in secure residence with roof terrace (view of the Strait of Gibraltar).
You can enjoy the swimming pool of the residence (open from 10h to 20h) in summer.
A lifeguard is present during opening hours.
You will appreciate its location, close to all the shops and restaurants.
It is located 30 meters from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the city center.
Ideal to visit Tangier without having to get a car!
Broadband internet connection, international TV channels.
Our accommodation is composed of:
- a master suite with bathroom (bath and toilet), large storage cupboards and access to the balcony
- a bedroom with two single beds and bathroom (bath and toilet)
- an open kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, juicer...)
- a dining area
- a comfortable living room with TV and access to the balcony
- a balcony
With its two bathrooms, our apartment is suitable for both a family holiday and a stay with friends.
Access of travelers
You will have access to the roof terrace with gardens of the building. Enjoy magnificent views of the Bay of Tangier!
Depending on the time of your stay, you will also have access to the pool of the residence.

Apartment located close to the beach and close to shops and restaurant. A grocery store is at the bottom of the building.
Tanger City Mall is a 5-minute walk away and Ibn Batouta Shopping Mall is a 3-minute walk away.

Frequent passage down the building of small taxi (for short distances) or big taxi (to get out of the city).
To facilitate your visit, we can pick you up at the airport (20 €). We will have to communicate the information of the flight.

Great location and nice unit. The balcony and bedrooms are spacious. The owner was easy to communicate with and quite helpful even helping with a ride from the airport! The unit is a bit street loud and not a quiet getaway but the location on the beach and central city amenities makes it worth while. Overall a lovely stay.

Non of the photos in the listing are from the property. T v doesn’t work. Sliding doors don’t lock- unsafe. No smoke defectors
