Beautiful apartment, one bedroom plus a living room with sofa-bed, newly renovated, in the center of Barcelona, just 7 min walk from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas, and in the corner of Paseo de Gracia and Rambla Catalunya.
Ideal for both business tions as with all its new interior while retaining the original essence that characterizes Barcelona and the architecture of Antonio Gaudi.
Lovely high ceilings with moldings throughout the house, open kitchen with everything you need, living room with a comfortable sofa bed, TV canalesd English, stunning bathroom with towels dryer etc ...
the apartment has all the necessary equipment to avoid them having to worry no more than bring your clothes and buy some food, among all facilities available: Nespresso, AC throughout the house, heating, wooden floors, except entrance and bathroom with a beautiful tiled floors, reminding the Gothic Barcelona, WIFI, ...
We must also mention the lovely sunny veranda where to take a good breakfast in the morning or an afternoon tea Barcelonesa watching life.

The host was very welcoming and met us to show us the apartment. I love the location and the apartment was very clean. It was nice to have an elevator for our luggage.

We had the absolute best time staying here! Super comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the location was incredible. Roberto was so welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in the Eixample flat. The location was super- with the exclusive shopping on Passeig de Gràcia 100 metres away, walking distance to: La Bouqueria Market, the opera house, Laila Palau concert hall, La Rambla and many architectural treasures just around the corner. Roberto was responsive and gave us a wonderful welcome with maps and practical information. The flat lives up to the photos online and the bed was firm and comfortable. Roberto did warn us to keep the windows shut in the evening due to rambunctious people speaking loudly at night and he was right. Especially on the weekend yet if the windows are closed there are no issues with the sound.We had an excellent visit to Barcelona and would definitely visit again.
