The location is quiet: despite the St2095 road in 700 m to the south being visible, it isn't a major noise source, even during the daytime. Slept with a window open with no issues.
The apartment was well-equipped: the bed was reasonably firm, the kitchen had everything one might need, no unnecessary decorations.
The balcony and the road to Bad Endorf have a nice mountain view.
The apartment is reachable by foot from Bad Endorf station (1.8 km) without big issues, easier than we expected by looking at the map.
A minor warning for those travelling without a car: if you intend to occasionally walk from the station to Landing after dark, keep in mind that Landinger Straße has no lights and no sidewalk - but almost no traffic either. You'll want a reflecting stripe on your back and possibly a headlamp (we kind of expected that and had both). Be prepared.
For a longer stay, a solution for washing laundry would be very welcome (a washing machine in the apartment or a shared one, etc.)
