Extremely well fitted out - everything you need. Immaculate and very comfortable. Part of the Bay Watch resort with excellent facilities and a lovely pool. A short walk to the beach and a short taxi ride into Colva or Benaulim town centres. Ms Flavia, the caretaker is wonderful and so kind and helpful. My husband was taken ill; she called an ambulance and came with me to help with the paperwork etc. The owner’s wife also came to the hospital to help with any issues of translation of forms etc. A car and driver was also sent to take me to and from the hospital. Extremely supportive and kind in such a stressful situation.

Very clean staff were very attentive the facilities were clean and you could not ask for more everything was there

The swimming pool we couldn’t use when weddings and parties were on too much noise from the drums late at night .when I paid I was charged 28000 Rupees more he charged my card 105 Rupees to the pound which should be 118 ended up paying £300 pounds more

Very good villas: comfortable, nice rooms, very well equipped. The resort is located a walking distance to the beach and all the restaurant. The staff is very nice and super helfpull. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Location owners and property. The owners were very supportive . We also cancelled the last two days for which we were not charged by mr Agarwal. So nice of you.

Poor maintenance. Attitude from baywatch managers, saying that its not their duty but only doing because they are friends so doing a favour. The security chief supported the guard when he asked me to keep the car outside the compound wall. He also threatened my wife that later on he will let the car come inside. This all happened aftaer a little argument on parking the car straight.
