Great value for your money

The location is excellent five minutes from the beach the place was very clean the hosts were kind and answered every question very quickly. The house itself has everything that is required at home. I felt immediately at home there and I didn't lack for anything. The area is especially beautiful, the boardwalk in the town has good fish restaurants, you should visit.

The only thing to improve is the speed of the internet at home, I think it has something to do with the infrastructure in Greece, but I'm still sure that more can be done

Exceptional

We booked it for the second summer in a row, it was that good an option for a family wirh children. We were 6 adults and 2 children (aged 6 and 3) and walked everyday to the beach. Even with kids it's less than 10 min to get to a large beach, not crowded even in high season. You arrive straight at the Leomar beach bar, which is elegant and good priced. There you can enjoy sand or grass. The entrance in the sea is ok and you can enjoy the sun until well after 8pm. The house is exactly like in the pictures. Itis tastefully and comfortably furnished and well equiped for cooking. The table outside is always in the shade and is excellent for all family meals.

Great house with a lot of room at the beachfront - perfect for families

The house was very comfortable and large with a great yard and terrace. There was parking for multiple cars (we had 3). There was always hot water and we were 6 adults and 3 kids. The beach is 5 min by foot with a great Leomar beach bar and free beach access. The hosts were great and very supportive. We had some issues and they immediately came to solve them and did above and beyond to help us. highly recommended and would definitely stay there again!

Exceptional

I really like when accommodation is exactly like it is described, so you get what you see. And in this case it is even better because haus is newly refurbished so it is actually better than on the photos. Ideal for peaceful vacation with the kids, far from usual noise and yet just minutes from the beach. I would highly recommend this place. One more thank for hosts for prolonging our leaving time!

Very good for family holidays

It is an ideal home for our family. It is a very quiet place because it is located far from the tourist center. The beach is next to the house and is suitable for children.

it would be ideal to install a dishwasher because the house is designed for a large number of people and you have to spend a lot of time washing dishes

Exceptional

Great house at very good location. You basically have everything you need for a good summer vacation with friends! Best beach bars nearby. 20 minutes with car to Thesaloniki.

We arrived at 3, which is the check in time, however we had to wait till 4:40 until the cleaner finished his job. We waited in the front yard at the table though.

The property is not in Nea Kalikratia is in Nea Irakleia wich is 5 km away from Nea Kalikratia! The check in is from 11 to 14 but they received us only from 14 even do we arrived earlier and we announced via e-mail that we will.We understood thinking there were guests who ckeck out at 11 but the house was empty so no reason to delay our check in.They sent a lady to do the cleaning (very little cleaning)who didn't speak any foreign languges and was very upset when saw us.after we did the check in at 14,the owner called us and asked us to pay a 100 euro as a guarantee.When I told her that on booking doesn't say that we have to do that and after asking her a contract to make sure we will get our money back she said that someone will come the next day.We never heard from her till the day we left! They never picked up the garbage,we had to take it 500 m to a dumpster cause it was the closest! The house has a lot of problems:the mosqito net from one room was broken and at night it was very bad,there was just one shower and after two showers(we were 8 adults and 2 kids) the bathroom is flooding but they left us a mop🤔,the stairs are very dangerous for the kids... The beach is indeed 500 m from the house but the road is very bad,and in the evening there is nothing to do in Nea Irakleia,you have to go to Nea Kalikratia! When we left we washed everything but we didn't take the garbage out because we belived that the lady who cleans the house will at least do that but this time came a man who ordered us very rude to take it.I have never been asked by a host to take the garbage out ,never been spoken like that but it was probably because they didn't get the 100 euros from us! This was the worst experience with a host!

Hoții au întrat cu cheie în casa și ne-au furat bani și aur! Proprietarul și asa zisul administrator de o nesimțire neimaginabila! Ii dau în judecată!
