The house is a townhouse located in Costa Rei near the long white-sand beach of Costa Rei. The property consists of two adjacent, independent houses that can be rented together or separately. This listing refers to a single unit that can accommodate up to 4 people, featuring a terrace and a paved garden with a panoramic view. Each unit features a private garden, a private kitchen and bathroom, a double bedroom, and a sleeper sofa, and can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children per unit. We can provide a crib if needed. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a bathroom with a shower. Sheets and towels are provided. On the terrace, there’s a fireplace that can double as a grill for cooking delicious fresh fish and meat! The fireplace is perfect for chilly spring or fall evenings—lie back on a lounge chair with a blanket over your legs while listening to the magnificent sound of the waves! We strongly recommend renting a car during your stay. The house is located at the top of the hill, and although it’s easy to walk to the beach, the walk back is slightly uphill. Plus, with a car available, you’ll be able to explore all the nearby beaches and villages and easily visit the city of Cagliari. If you enjoy hiking, less than 30 km away you can explore the Seven Brothers Nature Park, which offers various trails.The house is also located near the Capo Carbonara Marine Park, whose main town is Villasimius, about 15 km away. From Villasimius, you can take boat trips to the nature reserve.
