A localização é excelente, a alguns passos da praia, restaurantes e farmácias. A região é bem policiada. O flat é muito limpo e equipado, o ar-condicionado mantém o ambiente aconchegate. Há serviço d3 limpeza diariamente.
Elevador antigo, só cabem 4 pessoas.

comfortable, minimalistic. Wanderlei communicated with me well, and was willing to accommodate my desire for an extended check out, for a reasonable price.
the flat was relatively modern and nice, game room needs some repairs though.
