Central location, close to shops. restaurants and the promenade. Very comfortable bed, great room size, easy check-in and check-out process.
The central location comes with a noise, but the hosts cannot do anything about it, I guess.

Excellent communication from owner. He answered my queries quickly and efficiently. Facilities were spotless and well stocked with bathroom soaps and toiletries etc. Including a basic first aid kit.
Not enough plug sockets in our room, so perhaps to leave guests with a multiple adapter? But that was a minor issue

Very good location, super centrally in Funchal. The rooms are refurbished and clean when we arrived.
We stayed for 3 nights and the room did not get cleaned at all, no new towels. There was no reception and we had to ask all questions from the app. They were responsive but not all questions were answered. (E.g. we did not manage to launder our clothes)
