About this villa rental
When looking for a holiday home to spend the expected holiday period, some details are important. First, the house must be on the shore of a clean and safe sea. Ours is by the sea, clear and shallow for the safety of children. Second, it must be a residence complete with all accessories and comforts. Ours is complete both inside and in the outdoor areas to be discovered and enjoyed. Third, it must be in an area with services and not far from the city. In the Foggia district, where the residence is located, there are tobacco bars, restaurants and pubs, petrol stations and markets. In summary, our residence is equipped with everything you need to live comfortably. The outdoor area is divided into different areas according to relaxation ..... barbecue, table tennis, shaded area for dining, large terrace with sofas, armchairs and gazebo, and finally a private parking space. The sea is very close, on foot in 1 minute, clean, blue, with fish on the shore. Quiet area, inhabited in summer and winter, safe and with maximum relaxation guaranteed. Deposit € 100. Arrival expected from 15.30 to 24.00 check out by 12.30.

Casa dalla posizione unica di cui non si può non innamorarsi. Sulla spiaggia davanti ad un mare dai colori stupendi, acqua bassa adatta anche per i bimbi piccoli. Essendo l'ultima casa sulla spiaggia anche in pieno agosto è stato come avere la spiaggia privata. La casa è spaziosa e si presta ad ospitare gruppi numerosi. L'arredamento non è moderno ma è pulita e completa di tutto ciò che può servire, sia all'interno che all'esterno . Unico neo l'aria condizionata presente solo nel salone all'ingresso del piano terra e non altrove, dove si trovano però molti ventilatori. Abbiamo sofferto il caldo solo qualche giorno in cui in tutta la Sicilia c'è stato un caldo esagerato, altrimenti l'aria condizionata non sarebbe servita. Ignazio dà utili spiegazioni ed è stato molto gentile. Casa assolutamente consigliata!

Consiglio questa villa chi vuole passare qualche giorno in completa tranquillità e a chi ama il mare.
La spiaggia è grande e di sabbia con un mare sempre tranquillo ed adatto anche a bambini piccoli data la poca profondità.
La casa è grande e confortevole con ottimi spazi esterni dove si può ammirare la cittadina di Sciacca ed i movimenti dei pescherecci per poter andare a procurarsi del pesce sempre ottimo.
In casa non c'è la lavastoviglie.
Anche se gli infissi ed i mobili non sono nuovissimi non manca niente.
Non è vicina a centri commerciali ma a pochi chilometri c'è tutto.
In 8 persone abbiamo trascorso una vacanza al mare in piena tranquillita, in una bellissima location.

Wir haben hier zwei wunderbare Wochen verbracht; wir waren zu siebt und haben beide Stockwerke gemietet, die jedoch zwei komplett eigenständige Wohnungen enthalten. Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen, direkt am Strand. Zu erwähnen ist auch die riesige Gartenterrasse, von der aus einige Treppenstufen zum Strand führen.
Vor dem Haus hatten wir den Strand praktisch für uns alleine, etwas weiter in Richtung Sciacca hatte es eine Handvoll Leute.. Die Gegend ist total ruhig, das Haus liegt am Ende einer Privatstrasse, welche über ein elektrisches Tor abgesperrt und nur für Anwohner zugänglich ist. Das Zentrum von Sciacca ist mit dem Auto in 10min zu erreichen, hier gibt es viele gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Im Haus fehlt es an nichts, sogar WLAN war vorhanden. Das Haus ist schon etwas älter, jedoch gut in Schuss.
Der Eigentümer Ignazio war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank nochmals!
