Appartamento ben arredato e ristrutturato, la nostra casa storica all’interno del borgo di Sauris di sotto ci ha fatto sentire parte del paese grazie anche alle persone residenti tutti disponibili e gentili! Bella anche la vista sulle montagne circostanti. Posizione comoda per raggiungere i servizi presenti a Sauris di sotto e possibilità di passeggiate nei dintorni

La Posizione
Manca un microonde e un velux sul tetto. Di sopra faceva troppo caldo, con un velux si potrebbe rinfrescare il sottotetto

L'appartamento un po caldo con scarsa possibilità di ventilazione nel soppalco. Soppalco in legno troppo rumoroso

Posizione , pulizia, terrazzo.
La zona letto nel soppalco, sotto il tetto, in estate è eccessivamente calda anche per un realtà di montana. Con i tempi che corrono, fra un po’ (ahinoi) dovranno pensare a soluzioni climatizzate.
