Зупинялися в готелі на кілька днів із дітками. Дуже сподобалося: всюди чисто, затишно, привітний персонал. Номер із двома великими ліжками виявився дуже комфортним — ми втрьох розмістилися без жодних незручностей. Шаян - чудове місце для спокійного відпочинку та оздоровлення. Мінеральна вода, свіже гірське повітря, красива природа й можливість відвідати термальні води. Рекомендую

Відпочивали у червні 2026 року. Готель має зручне розташування: затишок (не спекотно), поруч є магазин, є можливість харчування не далеко. Достатньо місця для паркування авто. Нас цікавив санаторій Карпатія поруч. У номері працював Wi-Fi та TV. Сподобалась комунікація адміністратора Ніни.
Відсутність постійної покоївки для прибирання в готельних номерах та території, згідно стандартів готельного бізнесу. За два тижні перебування, прибирання покоївкою було один раз (вологе прибирання, зміна постільної білизни, рушники). Прибирали кожного дня самостійно у номері (вологе прибирання).
