Villa Niceta has everything you could possibly need and is a beautiful property. Easy location to find, close to interspar super market and lidl for supplies.
Not a negative but we were lucky to have a car for the week as it is quite a stroll to the old town from the villa. Bikes are provided but we didn't use these. We did eat at masrks pizza restaurant within walking distance which we would definitely recommend.

Lovely villa with great facilities close to zadar centre. Great facilities and very clean. Nice touches like beach towels and 4 bicycles provided. Lovely pool.
Wouldn't hesitate to book again. Location great with . easy reach into Zadar by Uber or Bolt for around 6 euros. Don't bother driving as difficult to find parking.
Small bedroom lacked air-conditioning and it was a bit of a heatwave during our visit. Owner says they'll be getting it. All other bedrooms and living room had it.

We had an amazing stay in Zadar. The villa had great facilities. The pool area was clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the location was perfect, with shops near by and within walking distance to the old town. Would def8nitely recommend it to others.
