    One arrival you had to go the public bar to check in. The person I delt with wasn't very helpful. She gave our room to the wrong person then we had to wait until she sorted it out. After we settled in we went over to the bar to play the pokie machines and have a drink.my wife went up to the bar to get a drink ,the same person said we don't give change for the pokie machines my wife said I only what a glass of coke. The person needs to learn how to deal with the public. We have always stayed at the racecourse motels when and she would be the worst person I have delt with
