Perched in a prime location, this exquisite farmhouse offers the perfect starting point for immersive nature excursions in the stunning Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi. Within minutes, guests can explore the historic medieval towns of Poppi, Bibbiena, and Stia, or visit the spiritual sanctuaries of Camaldoli and La Verna. A scenic drive of just over an hour leads to the renowned cultural cities of Florence and Siena, while Arezzo is easily reachable in under 30 minutes.
Podere Sant’Angelo is the perfect retreat for groups of friends seeking a shared escape, offering both elegant communal spaces and private areas to ensure a balance of togetherness and tranquility.

2 kitchens and direct access to the garden.

First floor ( 150 m2):
· 3 large double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower
· 1 large double bedroom
· 1 large twin bedroom (2 single beds)
· 1 triple bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower
· 2 bathrooms each with a shower
The annex building ( 90 m2) is also very characteristic and is situated in front of the swimming pool. Here you will find a large dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and a wood-fired oven for pizzas. There is a covered terrace with tables and chairs. It is the ideal place to prepare meals and eat together outside.
