Great location. Rather spacious for Falls.
Amenities were pretty basic but comfortable. Shower and bedding could be updated, quite old.

We stayed for one week in a 2-bedroom apartment. The location was unbeatable, right at the junction of the Gully, Eagle Express and Summit chairs. Right across from the Base One ski hire/ticket office/shop. Restaurants very close were the Frying Pan Inn (pub also) and Be Foodstore. Thursday night fireworks and ski demonstration right on our doorstop! If you are a beginner or have very young children, note that you will have to ski (very easy) from the top of Eagle Express chair to Cloud 9 area for lessons. We had a lovely warm welcome from Helen. Our (minor) requests were attended to straight away. The apartment was very quiet; we could barely hear anything from other apartments or the lifts the whole week. The grocery store at base of the village can be accessed by the village shuttle if you have a lot to carry.
The shower needs renovating, although I understand that the apartments are gradually being brought up to date.
