The proximity to the city center, to the bus station and a bus terminal
Noise. It's vey near to the railway and to a trafficked road, so there is a lot of noise, even late in the night. Then there is a restaurant a few houses away and until it's closed you hear people chattering and after closing, you hear the staff throwing trash (glas) away.
Also with closed balcony door we needed to use air conditioning, what means more noise (and light from the display). 🙂 Then there is also the fridge. 😃
Closing the balcony door and using earplugs didn't really help.
