Totally detached and independent from other neighboring houses, it guarantees complete confidentiality and tranquility.
Renovated in 2012, it consists of a central core with an adjoining large equipped veranda as well as two bedrooms: one double and one twin, both with their own bathroom; living room with fireplace and large kitchen complete with all necessary appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, vacuum cleaner and others in common use. Apart from the annexe which sees a double room with its bathroom.
Ventilation is guaranteed: for the central core with ceiling blades while the depandance with heat pump (hot and cold).
We have beach equipment: sun beds, umbrellas, beach seats etc.
Inside the property there are parking for up to three cars.
Distance from the sea twenty meters; in the area all the necessary services or supermarket, restaurants, petrol pump, bakery with Sicilian specialties ready for consumption. From the nearby Pozzallo (km 8) you can ferry to Malta, even with a daily excursion.
