Localização ótima, dá para fazer tudo a pé. Tem estacionamento, nem utilizamos o carro por lá. Tem ar condicionado na sala e no quarto. A casa é um pouco pequena, mas para 2 pessoas o tamanho é ótimo.

A localização é excepcional, próximo a tudo. Não retiramos o carro da garagem nenhum dos dias. Ar condicionado gelando bem. Cama confortável.
A limpeza da casa não foi agradável. Panelas e utensílios de cozinha extremamente velhos e sujos. A casa não dispõe de um tanque para que possamos lavar roupas de banho ao chegar das praias, nos forçando a ter que usar o chuveiro para isso, mesmo sendo extremamente apertado.
