京都駅近郊での用事のために友人家族と一緒に六人で泊まった。桂川駅からは歩いて15分程度と移動は大変だが、京都市内でこの安さなら許容範囲。家の大きさは十分で寝具なども十分にあった。2階のベッドルーム（２人用が一つ、１人用が一つ）は清潔で快適だった。
一階のキッチンとリビングは写真が綺麗に撮れすぎていた。ゴキブリが複数出た（殺虫スプレーは完備）。瞬間湯沸かし器は劣化しており、品質的に使うことができなかった。一階の布団は写真ほど立派ではない。連泊なのでお風呂掃除などがしたかったから、掃除用具を置いて欲しい。
