Lage, Personal, Essen und Trinken, Spa ist top.
Etwas voll und unruhig beim Essen, da immer nur 2 Stunden. Und Abendessen von 16 bis 18 Uhr ist sehr früh ist.

Wir lieben dieses Hotel! Es ist so schön gelegen, schön weitläufiges Gelände und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Der Weg zum Meer ist schön, durch den Kiefernwald und es ist so super schön ruhig! Den Spa-Bereich lieben wir auch! Ach so, und natürlich das exzelente Frühstück!! Und meine Tochter liebt die Trampoline!
Was sich verbessern lässt: Jedes ZImmer im Fala-Gebäude mit etwas dickeren, komfortablen Matratzen ausstatten. Die dünneren bekommen meinem Rücken nicht! Und: es könnten mal neue Billard-Koes angeschafft werden. Würde uns sehr freuen. Insgesamt aber: Vielen Dank für das tolle Hotel!!!! :)))))))

Der Service und der Sylvester-Abend waren sehr gut. Ebenso die Halbpension, es gibt bei dem Buffet für jeden etwas. Sehr gut war auch, das der Hundespaziergang direkt am Haus begonnen werden konnte Der Strandzugang ist direkt hinter dem schmalen Dünenwald. Bei stürmischen Wetter ist dieser sehr angenehm.
Eine Waschtisch Armatur die klemmt. Ein Zimmer das zugig ist. Die Tür zum Bad schließt nur mit Schloss, und nicht mit Türdrücker. Ein TV in der Größe meines Surfaces und nur in Landessprache. Mit einem Hund kann nicht mal der Barbereich im Foyer genutzt werden. Die Sauna ist Teil des Schwimmbades und somit sehr laut. Einen Ruhebereich gibt es nicht.
