This is a perfect property in a perfect location...within the town centre and just a block from the beach. Apartment is well equipped with new appliances, pool area is well maintained, and the gated entrance gives added security. The only drawback is its lack of AC...keeping windows open at night can bring in a lot of street noise. Recommended.
