住宿地點便利，離火車站步行僅8~10分鐘 房間相當新，熱水水壓很好，附Dyson吹風機
房間樓板隔音不好，樓上拉椅子的聲音相當清楚 枕頭不好睡，建議可以再多加一個較軟偏低的枕頭

Beautifully designed hotel. Good snacks and coffee/tea facilities. Rooms are well designed, very comfortable beds and good TVs. Also loved the shower, amazing water pressure. Staff also smiling and able to help with any request. A large lobby that's great for relaxing or organising onward travel. Great location in central Tainan, walkable from all main attractions.

除隔音問題之外其他的都還蠻滿意，尤其櫃檯人員很親切，有問題提出都能馬上獲得回應及協助還有房務人員都很親且，若有機再來台南，會優先選擇帕鉑文旅
隔音不太好！樓上小孩跑來跑去蠻大聲的！

設備新穎,氣氛舒適
停車停車停車，門口一大片腹地不給停，得停附近一晚700，的停車場，晚上從停車場走到飯店還要經過一整條蟑螂大道，非常傻眼… 裝潢應該有得罪工班
