房間寬敞，床跟枕頭很好躺 浴室水量也很大

周邊機能方便，大廳美觀，浴室乾淨水壓強。

照片跟實際入住的感覺不太一樣，訂豪華客房但房間跟床偏小，房間內有翻修但還是有股陳舊感，潮濕感重，隔音不太好。

Very central location, facilities are new. Staff were kind and friendly and gave some decent recommendations.

Terrible check in experience - scan a qr code with your phone and do everything yourself. Staff would help but are not that helpful. The last thing I want to do after traveling an exhausting long distance is to fill out forms, capture and upload my ID, be careful to take note of important information ("please screenshot this page as it contains your door passcode"), input my card info on my phone, have the system tell me something is missing or incorrect "please start again". All on my phone screen. Took much much longer than expected, traditional or hybrid check-in methods are not only faster, but show more service and hospitality. Electronic door lock system for the rooms are not that sensitive, took a couple of tries on the number pad to unlock. Passcode is long, have to refer to phone screenshot everytime. It is generally an inefficient method for unlocking the door. Takes away from the entire experience of the stay.
