About this house rental
The cottage comprises of an open living, dining room area, with large windows opening onto the garden and pool. There is internet TV, 3 very comfortable sofas and a dining table that seats 6.
Down one step and you are in the well equipped kitchen that has a oven, hob, fridge (with freezer section), dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc, At either end of the kitchen there is a door leading out to the garden areas , one door leads you to an elevated outside dinning area under a pergola (see photos) the other to the pool area and another dining area with a brick built charcoal BBQ.
There are 3 bedrooms, the 1st has a ensuite shower room and a 160 cm bed, the 2nd has a 140 cm bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 singles.All bedrooms and the living and dining room have ceiling fans.
There is a beautiful tiled bathroom with a free standing bath and a separate shower.
The garden faces Southwest and as so gets a lot of sunlight and some spectacular sunsets. There is a recently installed pool with submerged bench seating next to to the jets (for a gentle massage whilst watching the sun go down and enjoying a drink). It also has a counter current swimming machine if you wish to exercise, there are sun recliners around the pool and also an outside shower.

Für uns 5 das perfekte Ferienhaus.
Wir haben die Osterwoche sehr genossen und waren froh nach 2 Jahren Corona-Pause wieder in Figueira zu sein.
Die Lage ist perfekt um, je nach Wetterverhältnissen, die diversen Strände im Umfeld zu nutzen.
Das Haus selber liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, der Pool ist für die Kinder (die schwimmen können sollten) perfekt.
Die Kommunikation mit Linda und Clive war unkompliziert und beide bei Bedarf jederzeit erreichbar.
Wir kommen wieder :-)

Wir sind zu viert nach Portugal gereist. Schon die Kommunikation vor der Reise mit Clive und Linda hat super funktioniert, sie haben uns zwecks COVID-19 auf dem laufenden gehalten. Bei unserer Ankunft hat uns die Tochter von den beiden herzlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt und ein wenig Käse und Wein zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Hygienebedingungen von/für COVID-19 wurde stets eingehalten. Das kleine Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und renoviert worden. Alles was man braucht findet man vor, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Das Highlight war der Pool, welcher regelmäßig von Clive und Linda gesäubert und aufgefrischt wurde. Sie hatten immer ein offenes Ohr und boten ihre Hilfe an, das war super lieb von ihnen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Bei der Casa Palmeira handelt es sich um ein wunderschönes, sehr gepflegtes und hervorragend gelegenes Anwesen in dem kleinen Ort Figueira. Beeindruckend eingerichtet ist die Küche - da fehlt nichts. Der Pool ist nicht groß, aber sehr angenehm und lädt dank einer guten Gegenstromanlage trotzdem zum Schwimmen ein. Wir haben den Aufenthalt zu fünft sehr genossen. Die Vermieter sind extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend - vielen Dank!
