Agriturismo Vemi

The owners of this family run farm property were absolutely delightful and couldn't do enough for us, from arrival to a lovely home cooked evening meal to an extensive breakfast. We loved our stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and there were kitchen and sitting areas for guests to use. It is in a beautiful rural location.

There are "Vemi" signs for the property on the road but they do not say where it is exactly. It is accessed from the road, down a track, which has signs for another Agriturismo! However Google Maps was acurate in its location of the property.

Die Gastgeberin Anna ist wirklich so ein herzensguter Mensch! Man hat hier nie das Gefühl Gast zu sein, sondern Teil der Familie. Sie kümmert sich um alle Anliegen und hat Interesse daran die Geschichte ihre Gäste zu erfahren. Außerdem ist Sie eine einzigartige Köchin. Zudem gibt es in der Unterkunft alles was man benötigt und bei allem weiteren hilft einem Anna! Ich würde jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen, auch einfach nur um mit der Gastgeberin gemeinsam zu Abend essen.

What a wonderful place! Some agriturismos provide meals, some don't. Vemi did, and the food was amazing. The rooms were a good size, not huge, but not crowded, the bed was really comfortable, it was quiet. The windows opened, which I like, though you don't have to open them, and being away from a town/city was lovely and the view out my window was lovely. It's set in a beautiful area, and the folks who run it are like family! Anna and Selene took great care of me and made me feel like family (full disclosure - we MAY actually be related). I will absolutely stay there and nowhere else the next time I can visit the area (hopefully in about a year - I'm coming from the US).

The turn off the main road would be very hard to find in the dark...I got there just before dark.
