good position, normal staying

The owner is kind, the position is great to move to the beaches around, the supermarket is really close, wifi service worked nicely and fast, the air conditioning was a life saver in certain situations. you have your own free car parking

the bathroom hasn't got any windows, the kitchen pan is old need to buy new one, we had problems with the beds, a bit unconfortable same for the pillows (suggest to bring your ones with you). the beds were separated by the wooden structure, not worked as a single bed for two people.

The apartment was very nice, clean and had everything we needed, including equiped kitchen, which was great. It was also in calm part of city.

The only two downside there was, was the oven, because it took a long time (like twice or three times more than usual) to cook something in it. Other than that it was great.

nice cheap stay in good location

free park place , simple check in city center reachable by foot around 30min nice beach 15min. lidl just 2 min, with car even no problem at all quite surrounding, nice balcony to sit early morning or nights old equipments as said but works for a week or so. hot water and air conditioning in sleeping room, beds were fine, good closet Wifi was ok too

not much to complain for the money you pay! small bathroom, the water stays in the shower for a while, kitchen is super warm if you are at home during summer day and plan to cook. you just have sleeping room to sit as it is the only place with an air conditioner and it is just fill with beds, but why be at home by the sea😁 p.S bring toilet paper as we got just a role for three in a week! also a Kettle if you are a tea person!

Great place to stay

The hosts were brilliant, very kind people and they have few very cute dogs around the perimeter which our little one loved. The place was very comfortable with everything needed including kitchen, towels, fridge with freezer, clean sheets and blankets. Definitely worth the price.

Its a bit far to walk to town but it's okay with a bike, just 10 mins. The beaches are a bit far, but this is for every place near town. I don't think there was anything negative.

The house was very clean and quiet. Basically calm relaxing and comfortable. The air-conditioning in the house helped us to sleep as the heat was too much. The house also had most of cooking appliances. Lidl is 2min walk from the house. We loved it.

Great price, relatively close to city centre, relatively clean and pleasant to stay in, comfy beds.

Not enough towels, clogged bathroom drain, windows hard to open, weird stove, could have some basic things like salt, sugar and oil (since it includes a functional kitchen).

Dobar boravak sa minimalnim zamerkama, preporučujem uz par napomena

Lokacija je dobra, blizu centra (oko 30 min hoda), ako ste autom, blizu vam je sve i možete sve obići. Terasa je ogromna i pruža lep pogled. Sadržaji u apartmanu su ispunili očekivanja. Odnos cene i kvaliteta je zadovoljavajuć. Dobar izbor za kratak boravak. Domaćin je bio ljubazan i ponudio pomoć ukoliko nam nešto treba.

Kreveti nisu baš najudobniji, nisam se lepo naspavala, i ne preporučujem sobu sa spojenim krevetima ako ste sa partnerom. Internet je bio nekad bas jako slab toliko da ga nije bilo, dok je nekad radio super. Nije mi se svidelo što postoji bojler na gas, nisam se osećala potpuno sigurno kada sam ga videla, mislim da to mora da bude po standardima. Pri dolasku i odlasku nije bilo nikoga da nas pozdravi ili isprati, nije zamerka, samo zapažanje.

Soggiorno a Pola

Appartamento della giusta grandezza per due persone (camera matrimoniale + bagno finestrato con doccia e lavandino e cucina con sofà e TV a schermo piatto+ condizionatore che tuttavia essendo posizionato in corridoio non rinfrescava moltissimo le altre stanze), molto pulito, a circa 10 minuti in auto dal centro di Pola. L'appartamento era dotato di phon, detersivo per i piatti, sapone mani. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci tornerei volentieri.

La doccia non era proprio comodissima da usare. Per via della guarnizione il soffione "cadeva". L'acqua ci metteva diverso tempo a diventare calda. Abbiamo trovato una spugna usata vicino al lavandino, rotolo di carta igienica iniziato così come la carta mani.

Ottima solo la posizione perché è ha 10/13 minuti dalla maggior parte delle spiagge, il resto va rimodernizzato o ca

L’unica cosa bella della struttura era la posizione, ha un gran bisogno di essere ristrutturata

Il letto matrimoniale sono due letti singoli attaccati ma hanno strutture diverse quindi rimane un buco in mezzo, il gas della cucina è vecchissimo e anche il forno è vecchio e fa anche fatica ad aprirsi, non ci sono i balconi quindi la mattina alle 6 la casa è già tutta illuminata (ci sono le tende scure ma fanno passare ugualmente la luce), sul muro della cucina dietro il gas e il lavandino c’era lo sporco incrostato, il bagno è piccolo e non è presente il bidet. L’host è un signore che non parla inglese quindi il confronto era veramente difficile, prima di andare via gli ho scritto tramite Booking per avere informazioni sul check-out e non ha mai risposto, per poi vederlo da lontano quando stavamo per partire e non ci ha nemmeno salutato.

Fantastisk ophold!

Super lækker nyrenoveret bolig med aircondition i både stuen og entreen, som sørger for at holde hele hjemmet behageligt i de varme måneder. Alt var rent, lækkert og dejligt. Værten var utrolig flink og imødekommende.

Sengen i det ene soveværelse trænger til en opgradering, da den brager og knager voldsomt.
