Excellent stay

Lovely townhouse by the little hatbour in Bibinje. Excellent communication from owners, fantastic location and great facilities. Everything we needed for a family stay by the sea. Shops and restaurants on the doorstep. We really enjoyed this place for a relaxing stay. Bibinje is a good village to explore the area from, chilled beaches, beautiful sunsets, yet Zadar port, airport, city and sights are all close by. Hourly buses in summer or Uber approx 12 euro (in peak season) We enjoyed Krka National Park (1 hr) and taking the ferry across to Preko very much. Zadar old town also great. It was very hot or we would have explored further, bus to Nin, next time! House has snorkels, beach chairs and towels for the beach, washing machine, dishwasher, no issue with water pressure or temps. There is a coffee maker and full kitchen with good pans etc. It is a homely, relaxed family style place in a village and we loved it.

This is a town house and the neighbours are close by, they were friendly and quiet but I was worried my noisy teenagers were disturbing them.

The beach town is wonderful with nice places to walk. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies. No problems with water temperature or pressure.

Unfortunately, we dealt with an ant infestation on both the top and bottom floors of the property. There also appeared to be a leak in the lower floor roof with mold forming. The restaurant outside the main bedroom was noisy, and one night someone was vomiting right outside two bedroom window. The mattresses are IKEA quality and uncomfortable.

Mediterranean lifestyle

Right on the waterfront. Beach 3 minutes on foot. Restaurants everywhere. Nice bathrooms. Nice hosts who tell you everything about the accommodation.

If you don't mind the fact that there is a restaurant next door and the smell of the cooking/baking through your window, then this is the right apartment for you... The lower level feels a bit like a basement because of the small windows. Air conditioning only on the upper floor. Based on the photos, we expected it to be more comfortable. You can get used to it. My wife liked it.

Preis und Lage OK aber meiner Ansicht nach keine 3 Sterne wert.

Die Lage ist gut aber Abends und Nachts in teilen bis 4 Uhr morgens laut.

In den Außentüren befanden sich etwa 20cm hohe Balken (Stolperkanten für jung und alt). Abblätternde Farbe und Putz in Teilen an Decken und Wänden, Mehrere lose Steckdosen (besonders gefährlich für kleinere Kinder). An der Türe zum Balkon herausbröckelnde Fensterabdichtung der "Einfachverglasung". Unten in der Diele 2 altersschwache Stühle kurz vor dem zusammenbrechen. An einer Schlafzimmertüre fiel die Klinke mehrmals runter. Danke, wir nicht mehr!

To były bardzo udane wakacje!

Dom w Bibinje znajduje się tuż przy marinie. W tym samym budynku znajduje się restauracja, co może być zaletą, ale też wadą. W nocy bywało głośno, ale potem już znalazłam na to sposób - na noc zamykałam okna i włączałam klimatyzację (klimatyzacja jest tylko na piętrze). Dom ma doskonale wyposażoną kuchnię - zmywarka i ekspres do kawy, ale też garnki i inne naczynia, niczego nie brakuje. Jest też pralka i cała potrzebna chemia, nawet zapas papieru toaletowego. Dużą zaletą domu jest patio gdzie jedliśmy posiłki i taras z balkonem - idealne dla porannej kawy. Dużą zaletą domu jest bliskość do wody - miałam ze sobą SUP i nigdy go nie spompowywałam - tylko brałam pod pachę i do wody. To wielka zaleta! Także bliskość sklepów i restauracji jest dogodna dla osób podróżujących bez auta (niedaleko taksówką do lotniska). My akurat mieliśmy auto i mogliśmy je zaparkować bezpłatnie tuż przed domem. Domem zarządzają gospodarze prywatni - są bardzo serdeczni i uczciwi - nie musiałam prosić o rachunek, był już dla mnie przygotowany.
