Beautiful and clean apartments, almost like new. The space is arranged like a compact yet comfortable studio. There is a shared courtyard available for relaxation.
The hostess is exceptionally welcoming and kind, always reachable and ready to help.
Everything necessary for a comfortable stay and proper rest is provided. Kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for self-catering.
Rovinj center is about 1.5 km away, roughly a 20 minute walk, which is not an issue for younger guests or if you have a car.
There are three large supermarkets (Lidl, Konzum, Plodine) just a five-minute walk across the road, which is a significant advantage.

It offers parking and is within walking distance of the old town.
Although the space is not very large, it is fully equipped with everything needed, so there was no inconvenience during the stay.
