It's right in the centre of true de Douce. The host is friendly and informative about the area. I had the whole apartment to myself for the ten days so it was great value for money. All the kitchen equipment is there fridge, freezer, and a hob for cooking so I cooked a few nights. There's also a nice balcony to sit out on the evenings and relax.
Palmar beach is about twenty minutes walk away which is the nearest and best beach, there is a bus to it is well.. There's three dogs next door that bark from 7 to 9pm most nights and at ten am in the morning but I slept through the night perfect. There aren't many places nearby for food that are open in the evenings and the places that are can be a little expensive in comparison to other parts of the island. There could be heavier curtains in the room as the light gets in.

The owner is a very nice man, really lovely and kind. Was very helpful and also gave us some tips on where to go/what to do. The house is in a very central location in a lively neighbourhood. The flat is big with everything you need but you honestly get what you pay for, so good value for money but don’t expect much.
However, the house could definitely do with some refurbishment/refreshment cause it’s quite dated.
