Location near mrt, have a snacks and ice cream all day long

We stay at room no.503 .The room had a very musty smell, so I had to ask the staff to reclean it and requested a room change for the following night. The staff handled the situation very well and were very polite.

Great location, literally 10-15 mins walk for the train and the bus station and the dome of light. (Formosa Boulevard station). Close to the metro 5 mins walk. We received an upgrade and our room was huge, with a 4 post bed, large bathroom and free-standing bath and a massive balcony/alfresco area with a large swing seat. The comfort and cleanliness of the room was superb and we sincerely thank the staff. Cleaning staff were very helpful and always ready to ensure our room was 100%.

The breakfast (whilst good) did not have too many vegetarian choices and the ingredients were not listed. One day I ate an egg dish which had meat in...... which I concede isn't going to harm me, however I choose not not eat meat and the ingredients should be listed to provide the correct information.

Breakfast is good, location is fine.

The hot water supply in shower is not stable.

Excellent location, without a doubt. A cat cafe 10m nearby to the left. The staff was incredibly nice&helpful. Breakfast was simple but ok. Not too much western food besides toast&croissants.

It was quite noisy/one could still hear the traffic. As usual, Taiwanese bathrooms are funnily connected and more or less transparent to the bedroom. Our toilet door was open on the top as well as the shower door. Some sockets were loose.
