Despite its relatively small size of 37sqm, the apartment has been cleverly designed to feel spacious. It is on the 6th floor of a quiet residential building, with elevator.
The apartment is centrally located on Av. Menéndez Pelayo, at the border of Santa Cruz, near the Murillo gardens. The Cathedral is only 10 minutes' walk away - making it a great starting point to explore the city of Seville.

We enjoyed our stay in Seville The apartment a 15 min walk to the Cathedral and a number of other sights. There was a grocery store nearby. The apt was quiet, and the a/c easy to work We appreciated the clothes washer as well

Rental process was easy and the location is great. Only downside is parking, an additional $25 per day.
