Appartement confortable et bien équipé (Lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, TV connectée, grille-pain, ...). Bien situé près du centre. Rez-de-chaussée, mais peu de passage dans la rue. Parking très utile en sous-sol.

Impossible d'ouvrir la porte-fenêtre de la chambre principale, donc très compliqué d'ouvrir et fermer les volets pour la nuit. Wifi faible/lent Attention au cadre de lit de la chambre principale qui dépasse largement du matelas: on se cogne très facilement les orteils et ça fait très mal !
