if you want a cheap clean single room with a good breakfast, this hotel is ok. if you care about a reasonably quiet room

There was an awful sewage smell into the hallways, we had to block the door gap to prevent the bad smell to get into the room... very annoying.

Facilities are great and confortable. Staff are very kind and friendly. Pretty good breakfast.

My apartment wasn't clean the way I expected. Found rest of food under the fridge that previously guests left. Also, the apartment wasn't smelling good. Don't know what happened but is something to improve.

Superb

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is good. The staff is friendly and helpful though not everybody speaks English. The price is very low and parking is free of charge. There is a big supermarket and good restaurants at a walk distance from the hotel. As we visited CSN, it is also very close to it.

There are shopping center and a lot of restaurant near the hotel. The facilities and cleaning are really good.

The hotel is near the avenue and a industrie, therefore sometimes the noise is uncomfortable during the day.

Quarto com bom espaço para cadeirante, camas confortáveis, atendimento cordial.

Não há um único espelho em todo quarto. Visto ser um quarto grande, para comportar uma família seria interessante um espelho onde vc possa se observar ao se arrumar, além do que está no banheiro. Outra coisa que me chamou atenção é: existe um frigobar mas não há sequer uma água dentro. E no quarto não há copos também. Pelo valor da diária acho válido ter esses itens no quarto.

A localização é ótima, quarto amplo e roupa de cama de qualidade.

1) pelo booking reservei para 2 adultos + 1 criança de 2 anos por R$421,00. Cheguei tarde da noite para entrar,com meu filho de 2 anos e o funcionário me fez pagar mais R$100,00 alegando que para eles nao aparecida no sistema que tinha 1 criança de 2 anos,apenas 2 adultos. Mesmo eu comprovando pela reserva do booking. Me disseram que era problema do booking e que deveria reclamar com eles.ROUBO! Não recusei e fui embora porque eram 21h e estava com meu bebê. 2) café da manhã pífio, ridículo! Vasilhames sujos, pouquíssimas opções, iogurte de baixa qualidade, suco apenas de laranja. Para R$521,00 é o cúmulo do absurdo!!!
