My apartment is composed of large and bright living area of 45smq with 2 soft sofas where you can enjoy breathtaking view over the lake, a fireplace and a SMART TV with a NETFLIX account included; a well-equipped kitchen with every comfort you need during your stay, such as gas stove top, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dish washer, kettle, toaster. I also provide you spices, sugar, salt, any type of tea and infusion sachets you like.
Furthermore there is a comfortable broom closet, where you will find a dryer, an iron, an ironing board, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, trash bags...
Focus of my apartment is the stunning terrace covered by an electric awning. It is equipped with a table and chairs for 6 people, a gas barbecue Here you can sunbathe and relax, drinking a tasty glass of local wine and enjoying the view.
There are two bedrooms: the first one is about 20 smq with garden view, it offers a double bed (or 2 single beds), a desk, a wardrobe. Close to it, there is another broom closet. Upstairs there is a mezzanine floor with another double bed or 2 single beds.
The second bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe and a private balcony with lake view.
Towels, beach towels, sheets and blankets are provided and changed once a week.
Besides there are two bathrooms. The first one is equipped with a large shower, a toilet, a bidet; the second one offers a bathtub, a bidet, a WC and a washing machine.
All the bathrooms have a window.
The apartment offers also a flowered garden at the ground floor, private car parking for 2 cars, an additonal tiled solarium with lake view. Moreover I offer free WIFI and air conditioning.
It is accesible only by a staircase (about 15 steps) and also inside the apartment there are some steps, so it is not recommended to old people or people with physical problems.
The house is located into a semi-detached house in a green, quiet residential area, only 15 minutes walking from the city center and from the main beaches of Salo.
Close to the apartment you will find many services, like two supermarkets, an excellent restaurant, a gym and public swimmingpools, a butcher's shop, a bakery and a pharmacy.
