About this apartment rental

Spacious apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a double terrace. Very well located in the centre of Playa de las Americas. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower, toilet and basin, bedroom with built in wardrobes, safe and 2 single beds. The complex has 2 swimming pools (one heated with a kids pool), supermarket, pool bar, animation en laundry room. Close to the beach, near all amenities en just a short walk to the main bus station of Playa de las Americas.
Late check in fee (after 20:00) and early check out fee (before 07:00) - 25 Euro.

Excellent 1 bedroom apartment in great location within the complex. Well stocked kitchen with everything needed, huge balcony with family sized table, chairs and sun loungers. Overall excellent! Will definitely book again! X

Great apartment, slightly dated but it's clean and privdes everything you need. Great location and complex. Wifi would be a great addition but not essential to us as guests. Hope to book again in the future

Apartment was a bit dated, but it served it's purpose. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. All in all great value for money.
