About this apartment rental

Spacious apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a double terrace. Very well located in the centre of Playa de las Americas. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower, toilet and basin, bedroom with built in wardrobes, safe and 2 single beds. The complex has 2 swimming pools (one heated with a kids pool), supermarket, pool bar, animation en laundry room. Close to the beach, near all amenities en just a short walk to the main bus station of Playa de las Americas.
Late check in fee (after 20:00) and early check out fee (before 07:00) - 25 Euro.

Apartment was a bit dated, but it served it's purpose. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. All in all great value for money.

Really enjoyed it, good location (garden city) and helpful property manager.Do think the property could do with updated decor and there's no Wifi but overal its was great

All went well for checking in and out. Apartment is ideally situated for restaurants and entertainment. Very spacious apartment that had everything you needed. Nice double balcony and quiet at night. Will definitely book again
