Independent apartment in a charming villa in Punta Secca, three minutes walk from the famous beach where the Commissario Montalbano's house is located.
The house was completely renovated between 2017 and 2018 and consists of: two independent apartments, more than 200 square meters of garden, several external verandas, which allow you to find a relaxing corner, where you can enjoy freshly roasted food in the barbecue . The apartment in question has private access to some external verandas, one of which can be used as a parking space and shared access to the garden. The house, equipped with an anti-theft system, is equipped with all comforts and the interiors are completely new: a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single modular beds such as a double, a kitchen-living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, bathroom and double service. The proximity to the center of Punta Secca, to the supermarket of the village and to a large space to park, make the villa a suitable place to spend your holidays in the name of relaxation, fun and breathtaking sunsets. Among the accessories, are available: air conditioning, barbecue, umbrella, internet access, washing machine, TV, essential services, hairdryer and kitchen utensils.

Solitamente quando si affitta una casa vacanze bisogna un po' adattarsi a ciò che si trova. In questo caso, però, sembra di trovarsi davvero a casa. Abbiamo soggiornato in quattro (due adulti e due bambini) e ci siamo trovati oltremodo bene.
A quattro passi dal centro (vicino alla casa di Montalbano) e dal mare, offre ambienti ampi e accoglienti, ma soprattutto molto funzionali.
La casa, di recente ristrutturazione, si presenta molto ben curata negli arredi e pulitissima.
Si può trovare tutto quanto possa servire per soggiornare senza il minimo pensiero. A cominciare dagli utensili e il tovagliato in cucina, alle lenzuola per le camere (comprese quelle di ricambio) e asciugamani/accappatoi per il bagno, detersivi per la lavatrice, la cucina e per pulizie in genere.
Molto comoda la veranda dove poter mangiare all’aperto e molto funzionali la fontanella e la doccia esterne per lavarsi ed evitare di portare sabbia all’interno dopo essere stati al mare.
Infine, il vero valore aggiunto è costituito dall’accoglienza e dalla disponibilità dimostrate dal proprietario Giorgio e dalla sua famiglia, persone davvero eccezionali. All’arrivo ci hanno anche fatto trovare un aperitivo di benvenuto, delle bottiglie d’acqua, del latte, delle brioches per la colazione, sale, zucchero e caffè.
In buona sostanza, consiglio vivamente questa struttura!
