About this apartment rental

Our second home enjoys an ideal location to enjoy the animation of Le Touquet but also the calm of Stella Plage, a real nature resort.

Very pleasant cozy apartment: living room with kitchen area (140 cm sofa bed new in November 2017, cabin entrance (1 BZ 130 cm), 1 bedroom with large closet (140 cm bed), west facing terrace with table and deckchairs, shower, Separate WC.

Particularly well-kept decor and luxurious furnishings (Nespresso machine, washer-dryer, two TV DVD + DVD players, USB socket, dishwasher, fondue service). WIRELESS .

Everything has been thought out for you to have a superb relaxing stay (books, DVDs, tourist brochures).

New for 2018: WIFI and new sofa in the living room

OUR FRIENDS ANIMALS ARE WELCOME (15 €)
Possible options (specify when booking): rental of sheets (€ 15 per bed), cleaning (€ 40 to € 60 depending on length of stay)

BE CAREFUL no elevator.

Little tips for a great vacation:
do not miss the Touquet market (especially Saturday morning), visit its small museum, have tea at the Westminster, taste seafood,
take a nice walk in the dunes on one of the signposted routes (departure at the edge of the residence) or in the forest.

Don't hesitate to come with bikes or rent them from Stella or Le Touquet.

This was our 3rd visit to this area for the Berck kite festival. Stella Plage has the best beach and is ideally located between Berck and Le Touquet. The apartment is really nicely decorated with a seaside theme and is comfortable with all the things you would need. Good parking outside and just a short walk to the seafront and new skate park. The place was incredibly clean on arrival. The bed set up is good for a family. If you are coming from the UK bringing bedding that will fit French duvets and mattresses can be tricky, but we managed. The flat is accessed via an external staircase and is on the 3rd floor, so this was not so easy with a small child, but still manageable. We really enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Very close to Stella Plage beach with the town of Le Touquet a short drive away with it's famous market. The apartment contains everything you may need and is part of a developing beach neighbourhood with the main town of Stella Plage a short walk away for access to shops and most restaurants. The property has it's own parking space which is a bonus for a busy area during the summer. One thing to note is that the property is on the third floor and there is no lift, which was kindly pointed out by the owner before we booked, but was no problem for us. Overall, a great place to stay.

We had a great time here. The appartment was fully equipped, f.e: nespress and normal coffee-machines, toaster,microwave and oven, satelite tv and wifi, dvd player and lots of dvds, bordgames, etc. Even extra chairs for at the very nice balcony. The apartment was very clean and tidy. It had nice furniture and ambiance. The double bed was excellent. The way the apartment is layed-out is perfect, it isn't big but you hardly realize it. The service was great. Just call 15min before arrival and someone greats you at the door. The owner speaks France and English, the concierge speaks only French but her partner speaks English too. If there is anything you need they can and WILL help you. Very nice people. Trustworthy! Stella Plage is very nice, just a few kms from Touquet. It has a cute centre with al the right shops. The boulevard is nice for a stroll. The beach is excellent and big during low-tide. At the beach you can see Touquet (walking distance). The apartment has see-view which was great, also for sitting at the balcony from the afternoon till diner-time. A nice surprise this apartment. We will not hesitate to book again

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung gehabt, welche sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Außerdem sind es zum Meer nur ein paar Schritte und man kann lange Spaziergänge am Strand machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Appartement très sympa et très bien situé (plage et dunes juste à côté !) Proche de Berck et du Touquet. C’est notre 2ème séjour ici et nous reviendrons encore ! Marie la propriétaire est tres agréable. Je vous recommande vraiment cette location

Appartement joliment decoré et très bien situé pour visitet la Côte. Chemins de randonnée au pied de l'appartement et en cas de pluie, Le Touquet, situé à proximité permet de se distraire avec ses commerces, cinéma... Excellent séjour et merci à Justine pour son chaleureux accueil.

Un séjour agréable, accueil chaleureux et de confiance. Dommage pour la perte de vue sur la mer à partir de la terrasse avec la construction d'une nouvelle résidence. Nous avons tout de même profité de la terrasse pour prendre nos apéros et repas. Appartement conforme au descriptif et aux photos du site internet

Séjour agréable à Stella Plage et dans cet appartement lumineux et fonctionnel. Toutefois, nous avons été déçu de l'état général de l'appartement au regard du descriptif de l'annonce et de son prix : - pas de WIFI alors que l'annonce le laisse entendre - à notre arrivée, l'appartement n'était pas propre ( cheveux et sable dans la douche, taches sur le sol, poussière derrière le lit, lavabo pas net). - le mobilier comporte des traces d'usures notamment dans la salle de bains, les chaises du salon. - pas de mesure spécifique de désinfection liées au COVID en particulier alèses pour les lits et nettoyage renforcé des zones de contact. - à noter que des travaux (constructions d'immeuble) sont en cours de chaque côté de l'appartement ce qui n'a pas causé de nuisances sonores mais nous aurions apprécié être informés du fait du changement de vue. Le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas à la hauteur.

Très belle location. Propre, bien décorée et avec tout le confort. A côté de la plage ! Très agréable. En plus ils acceptent les animaux. On y était très bien !

Bon emplacement, le building d'en face n'est pas trop près, donc le vis à vis n'est pas gênant. Il faut savoir que Stella plage est plus que calme, je dirai que c'est quasiment mort... du moins en cette première semaine de juillet. Le studio est très correct, cependant la douche commence à être vétuste avec des traces de calcaire au niveau des joints. Les chaises régisseurs sont un peu bancales et les transats également. La cuisine, salle de douche et dessous du lit et divans n'étaient pas propres à notre arrivée, nous avons passé plus d'une heure à tout nettoyer correctement. Les locataires avant nous avaient laissés un tapis plein d'urine de leur chien dans la garde robe de la chambre...A part cela, nous avons bien profité du studio.
