All on one level, Little Waycroft is situated in a peaceful, rural location between the popular seaside resort of Dawlish and the village of Starcross, just thirty minute's drive from Exeter. This villa style property is incredibly spacious both inside and out, sharing two acres of grounds with the friendly owners. Inside, the enormous kitchen has a table, chairs and comfy sofa. From the adjacent lounge, sliding doors open onto a private, decked terrace - south facing, not overlooked, with wonderful views, this is an ideal spot to dine outdoors or enjoy the sun.
