Fantastic colonial-style house, from the 19th century. Garden of 24,200 m2 with warm terraces, porch at the entrance and a pleasant. Mediterranean forest. Barbecue, swimming Pool (10 x 5 m), rest spaces with tables, chairs and bench, ping pong and swings.
Very well communicated house. 3 km from Valls, capital of distrcit, 21 km from Tarragona and 100 km from Barcelona. It has a large dining room, well-equipped kitchen and 6 comfortable rooms.

Ground floor: the living room with fireplace,library and TV. Large dining room. Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, Italian coffee maker , Nespresso coffee machine and a small table. A pantry with a chest freezer and extra kitchen tools. Bathroom with shower.
First floor:Toilet. 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom with shower. Large room with wide windows viewing the garden. Large terrace on the entrance porch.
Second floor: 1 twin bedroom, a small living room with a2 single beds, this lead to the bedrooms: 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom. Bathroom with shower.
Private swimming pool (10 x 5 m) / Private barbecue. // Maximum 3 dogs
Weekend bookings: Departures 17-18 h, as long as they do not coincide with the arrival of another client (in this case, prior notice will be given).
Week bookings: Departures maximum 12 h.

This was our third time staying in one of Maria's houses and it was as good this year as always. Maria's attention to detail is excellent ... house immaculate, bed linen superb and lots of other extras which most hosts do not offer. The grandchildren loved the pool and became expert table tennis players! For a large group this house offers plenty of space, flexibility and proximity to a terrific road network.

És una casa fantàstica tant els interiors com els exteriors. Hem estat un cap de setmana 7 adults i 3 infants i hem gaudit molt de la casa. Molt recomanable.

Nuestra estancia en Rural Verd ha sido muy positiva. La comunicación con Tomás ha sido fácil y fluida y la casa y su entorno, una maravilla. Ideal para grupos grandes y para ir con niños. Recomendable 100%.
