This detached house is close to the town of St Ives near to Penzance and can sleep ten people in five bedrooms.
Chy Lowen is a beautiful detached house situated close to the town of St Ives just six miles from Penzance in Cornwall. The cottage can sleep ten people in two super king-size double bedrooms both en-suite, two super king-size doubles and one double, all with TV, together with bathroom on first floor and shower room on ground floor. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Outside there is a private terrace with furniture, bbq and shower. Chy Lowen is a superb property from which to explore this lovely part of the country. One well behaved dog welcome.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburner. Induction hob and double oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, American-style fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 x dishwashers, 6 x TVs with Freeview and Netflix, DVD, projector with drop down screen, surround sound, Sonos sound system, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Living room with remote-controlled drop-down screen with surround sound providing a cinema experience. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. Off road parking for 4 cars. EV charging point, use included in the rent. Private terrace with furniture, barbecue and outdoor warm water shower. One well behaved dog welcome. No smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk.
