La casa è spaziosa (ci siamo stati in 4: 2 adulti e 2 bambine), pulita e dotata di ogni accessorio. La posizione è fantastica! Due passi e sei sul mare. E nell alloggio trovi anche stuoia e poltroncina mare. A giugno il prezzo è stato anche buono. Ci tornerei già ad agosto se non fosse già occupata. Cmq è un alloggio che consiglio. Dimenticavo: c è anche la piscina...e non è poco!

... l'annonce manque de précision. Elle mentionne la présence d'une chambre, d'ailleurs photographiée. Or, l'appartement se compose en fait d'une pièce - certes grande- pouvant être séparée en deux par un rideau délimitant une partie chambre de la partie salle à manger-salon. Ce qui oblige l'ensemble des occupants à adopter le même rythme de vie! Une photo d'ensemble éviterait bien des déconvenues... Également utile à savoir, le soleil ne pénètre pas dans cet appartement. Cette exposition, sûrement agréable en été, l'est nettement moins en hiver où le chauffage central peine à compenser la déperdition de chaleur par les baies vitrées.

Bel appartement dans copropriété avec superbe piscine, le tout en face de la mer. Pour faire les difficiles, wifi et airco auraient été bienvenus. Super accueil et concierge très sympathique.

De studio is fijn om in te verblijven, het complex is heel netjes en heeft een fijn zwembad, en met de zee aan de voorkant van het complex is de locatie fantastisch! Het nabij gelegen dorp Menton is ook erg leuk en gezellig, met voldoende eetgelegenheden.

Après un trajet de 1200 km, accueil (sur rdv) très sympathique de Mme Noël ! Découverte de l’appart « Vintage » et conforme à nos attentes ... seul le Parking, indispensable dans ce secteur, peut se révéler un peu compliqué avec un gros véhicule auquel vous tenez (places étroite et présence de bacs à fleurs compliquant les manœuvres) . Dans cette résidence , le concierge arrangeant semble faire un taf considérable ! Les parties communes sont dignes d’un grand hôtel !! Bravo. Pour l’hiver, dommage qu’aucun des deux balcons ne bénéficient du soleil ... Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! Merci .

Nous sommes habitués à louer des appartements pour nos vacances et nous n’avons pas apprécié que la caution ait été encaissée 1mois avant notre arrivée et que 8 jours après notre départ elle ne nous soit pas encore remboursée.

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans cette location très bien située en bord de mer et pas trop loin de Menton où nous avons pu assister à toutes les manifestations de la Fête des citrons sans avoir à prendre la voiture très bien garée sur le parking de la résidence. L'appartement est très bien équipé avec une superbe vue sur les montagnes qui dominent Menton côté italien et malheureusement pas sur la mer, mais on ne peut pas tout avoir quand même ! Par ailleurs, nous remercions également Annie qui s'occupe de l'accueil et de la remise des clés et qui est une personne formidable qui nous met tout de suite à l'aise et dans une bonne ambiance ! Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette location !
