Da localização é excelente, o bairro é tranquilo, o anfitrião que foi muito gentil inclusive nos levando cobertores pois apesar de estar no anúncio que não estava incluso na estadia, não nos atentamos a este detalhe e era um período de bastante frio a noite.
A casa precisa de mais cuidados com a limpeza dos itens de cozinha, como talhares, pratos e vasilhas que pareciam empoeirados e/ou engordurados. A internet também não funcionou bem enquanto estivemos hospedados no local.
