An elevated plot surrounded by three exclusive Marbella golf courses, El Paraiso, Monte Mayor and with panoramic views from many of the terraces overlooking Atalaya, one of the most prestigious golf courses in the area and 10 other courses within a 10 minute drive. Just a few minutes away is Benahavis village, famous for its top class restaurants and nearby, the famous resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus offer entertainment both day and night, and not forgetting the luxury designer shopping. It is a location where quality and exclusivity are felt in every detail making Benatalaya an ideal place to stay. Spacious living area with large sitting room & dining area, 3 double bedrooms (all en-suite) with several built-in wardrobes with drawers and a huge 156m2 terrace with amazing views! The apartment includes secure fast broadband internet throughout, with dedicated WiFi router and smart television. Families and friends will love the choice of any of the 5 sparkling crystal clear swimming pools
Very well equipped throughout, IPTV with 100's of channels full Sky package up to 600mb fibre wi-fi. Amazon fire stick gives access to login to Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV+ etc
Car parking spaces for 2 cars with an lift directly up to the Penthouse. (Or if you prefer you can use Uber as they serve the local area.)
4 outdoor pools & 1 indoor with Spa area, weights etc
The price includes laundry/cleaning/etc & "meet & greet" when you will be given the keys/spa card & shown around the apartment/complex to make you at home!

Very large, spacious apartment, equipped with everything needed and in a superb, peaceful location. It is very well furnished, both inside and outside on the terraces. The views are wonderful, changing daily with the weather and there is always a terrace for sun or shade. Parking is easily accessed and spacious. All the facilities we needed were nearby. Golf courses, practice area, a local Mercadona within walking distance and numerous hill walks (too hot to walk though!) The apartment is on a complex which is beautifully maintained and has spacious outdoor pools and a fitness centre. The local town of Benahavis has numerous restaurants. Communication with the owner was excellent, both prompt and efficient. We are already looking forward to our next stay in January/February. Thank you Mark.

We had another great stay. We stayed for 2 months and had everything we needed. The owner Mark is always responsive and Louise who helps with check in and any questions is also very helpful. We come here for the local trails available in walking distance or we drive up 5 min to Benahavís and explore the amazing trails from there. Also love the added bonus of the gym and Sauna.Highly recommended for adults and children. Our 4 year old nephew visited for a week and he loved the indoor pool. It’s a 10 minute drive to San Pedro beach and we made good use of the beach chairs during their visit.The Benatalaya complex is very clean and well cared for, lots of people live there full time, the security is top notch and everyone is very friendly. The local Mercadona has everything you need. Looking forward to returning in November

We stayed here for 4 weeks.
The apartment is really comfortable and well equipped. Loads of space inside and out. Really quiet at night and everyone you meet is really friendly.
Mark was great at making sure everything was perfect for our stay.
We made great use of the gym and indoor pool and sauna. The location is also perfect for trail running and hiking as you can set off straight from the door up into the Benahavis trails.
We cook and eat in a lot so I really appreciated the well equipped kitchen and eating out on the balcony with the amazing views every day was priceless.
The TV setup was great for movies and watching all the popular shows found on all the different streaming channels.
There’s a supermarket and cafe 5 min walk away and you can be in Benahavis or Puerto Banus or San Pedro or Guadalmina in 10-15 min by car. All have great choices for food and drink.
Highly recommended 😊
We are already booked to stay again.

MAGNIFICENT LARGE APARTMENT WITH WRAP AROUND BALCONIES AND AMAZING VIEWS ALL ROUND.
WE HAD A BRILLIANT 2 WEEKS HERE AND DEFINATLEY GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY. FULLY EQUIPPED TO A HIGH STANDARD. MARK OUR HOST RESPONDED STRAIGHT AWAY WITH ANY QUESTIONS AND WAS A TRUE GENTLEMAN. THANK FOR EVERYTHING. H+J.XX.
