The JPark property has great concepts and ideas. The water park, family-friendly layout, and range of amenities are well thought out and have strong potential, especially for guests traveling with children.
However, it is clear that the property has not been properly maintained. Many areas show peeling paint, rusted fixtures, and visible black mold, particularly around the pool areas, which raises serious cleanliness and safety concerns.
