Lokacija je odlicna, zelo blizu je prekrasna, sicer placljiva plaza za otroke. Pes lahko gres do trgovine, sladoleda, starega mestnega jedra. Sprehod ob morju je zelo prijeten. Parkirisce je zagotovljeno pred apartmajem.
