Very welcoming property. It had everything my family needed for a short getaway in the beautiful Utah mountains.Check in was was hassle free, and kitchen was stocked with all cooking essentials.

This served us well for what we needed. Lacked in a number of onsite amenities such as cookware, salt, paper towels, etc. Things like the garbage disposal and AC weren’t working either. We had to leave a few windows open to cool the place down.
Served us great for what we needed it for though. We had a good time.

When we arrived the door key pad was broken . Had to get access to the actual key for the home . Home could had been a bit cleaner. Bed in the master wasn’t so comfortable. This is a three story home with lots of space. We really enjoyed that each of us was able to have a floor to ourselves.
Overall our stay was nice everyone enjoyed the views. .

We love visiting Brian Head. This cabin was not what was expected from the listing. It has been run down and was not clean like I would expect. Blinds and other surfaces were caked in dust. The couch in the basement is not usable due to all the cushions having springs poking out of them. The carpets and tile need to be cleaned. The walls need to be cleaned and patched. There was also a bandaid in one of the showers and a bed.
