Had an excellent stay in this unit for 10 days. Fantastic views and location. Good facilities for cooking home meals. A washing machine was very handy as was a bath for tired legs after skiing. No TV was a nice touch as it forced us to play board games and chat. The lift system was inadequate to service such a large block of units and sometimes the wait was 10mins in a queue of residents to get up to level 12. The addition of wifi would be a nice touch. Overall highly recommend and I would definitely stay again.

Very pleased with the apartment, great location for our needs. Located on the 12 th floor affords a superb view up the valley. Very conveniently located in a complex that’s includes a supermarket, ski shop, tourist info, ESF ski school, bar etc and even a place to get your hair cut. Ski in and our facility, being located meters away from key chairlift and funicular services for the slopes. All in all, worked out very well for us. The apartment is very well located in La Daille with local shops on its doorstep. The free buses into Valdisere centre run very often which was really useful for getting into town. Great views from the balcony and you can board/ ski back to the apartment. Competitively priced apartment in great location. Bernard is very genuine and helpful. Would stay here again.

Great location with good views down the valley. Second time we've stayed in this appartment and it has changed little in the intervening 5 years. We've stayed in a couple of other appartments in the same building, and it's fair to say that this one is showing signs of wear and tear and is ready for a refurb. The washing machine is a real bonus though. A good size appartment in a great location at a sensible price for val d'isere. We would stay again.

"My family of four stayed in this apartment in the school holidays. It is very easy to find as it is one of the block of flats immediately before the Casino Supermarket as you enter La daille. Upon arrival we introduced ourselves to the concierge (who, by the way is lovely). Although we spoke little French she always greeted us and her daughter explained all the things that were necessary for us to know e.g. location of local amenities, linen we had hired, ski lockers, where we could park, what to do on departure, etc. The apartment itself was neat, clean, quiet and in a great location. Opening the curtains gave the occupant/s a great view but stepping onto the balcony there was a 180 degree views of the surrounding mountains, river and ski field. An added bonus was that the apartment was close to shops, ski hire and ski lessons which was very convenient. The ski lockers were well sized allowing all of us to fit our skis, snowboard, poles, and boots inside comfortably. We were also surprised by the friendliness of the residents. It was rare to not be greeted by a "Bonjour" in the hallways. This isn't a glamourous apartment by any stretch of the imagination but if you want something with all the basic amenities, in a peaceful and convenient location, it's hard to go past this one."

We spent one one full week and had a great time. The kitchen was well equipped, the balcony super nice on sunny days, although the sun went away during the afternoon. Check-in was easy and the the contact with M Usquin was simple and very constructive. The location is good with easy access to the slopes and the ski bus.

Idealement situé, au pied des pistes avec le funival et le télécabine de la daille, avec tout dans la galerie attenante à l'immeuble (esf, location, boulangerie). Le propriétaire est disponible et très aimable. L'appartement pourrait bénéficier d'un petit coup de refresh rapide mais il est propre et très fonctionnel. Casier à skis un poil juste mais c'est le cas de tous les casiers de l' immeuble. Rien qui ne mérite d'enlever une étoile tant le sejour a été agréable.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, bien équipé et très agréablement ensoleillé. Il est idéalement situé au pied des pistes et à deux pas de toutes les commodités.

Nous étions trois dans ce studio, qui comporte une grande baie coulissante pour séparer le séjour des deux lits superposés, garantissant en celà intimité et isolation. En outre, les nombreux équipements ne sont pas en reste: lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, appareil à raclette, etc... Ski aux pieds, vous êtes à deux pas des œufs, sièges et funival en bas de la Daille. Et puis « La Piste Perdue » : un Must dès lors que la neige est au rendez-vous si vous la prenez d’assez Haut! Je recommande. PS : la gardienne : très sympa.

Séjour très agréable; l'appartement est très bien situé , retour ski au pied et 2 min de marche pour aller jusqu au Funival. Magasin de location de ski et petite supérette dans le centre commercial situé juste à côté. Appartement bien insonorisé et exposé au sud. Dans le salon, il y a une banquette qui peut faire lit 1 place avec un autre matelas dans un tiroir en dessous. Les autres lits sont séparés du salon par une grande porte coulissante. Il s'agit de 2 lits superposés (attention pas de barrières de protection sur les lits du haut). Seul petit bémol, l appartement manque de rangements; à 4, ça va car on peut mettre des affaires sur les lits non occupés mais à 6, cela doit être juste. La concierge est très sympathique et peut proposer des places de parking couvert un peu plus proche de l'appartement que le parking public. Grand casier à ski pouvant contenir 4 paires de ski + chaussures.

Très bon séjour à Val d'Isère. L'appartement très bien agencé et bien équipé (peut être même trop ! ce qui ne laisse plus de place sur les étagères pour nos propres besoins !!!). Cet appartement a l'avantage d'avoir une très belle vue, une très bonne isolation phonique et permet donc d'être au calme. Il est très bien situé....accès direct sur les pistes. Propriétaire très sympathique et concierges sur place très arrangeants. Seul inconvénient (indépendant de l'appartement) : les tarifs appliqués dans l'alimentaire et autres commerces alentours. Faites vos provisions avant de venir !!!!
